Your day and your timetable

Kateryna teaches Pilates at two studios. On the bus in the morning she opens Grupy to see how many people are coming to her 10:00 class, whether her lunchtime one-to-one has paid, and which evening next week is still without a trainer.

  1. Open Today. Under Today and tomorrow are the classes you are taking, in order, each with its time and Today or Tomorrow underneath. A card shows the class, how long it runs, how many places are taken — 6 of 12 places taken — and register taken once the register is closed.
  2. See your one-to-ones. Above your classes, One-to-ones lists today’s sessions with the time, the client, the class and the price. Each says Paid, or has Mark paid for somebody paying at the studio.
  3. Open a class. Open goes straight to the register: who is coming, and later who came. See Take the register. Details opens the class itself — Trainer, Places, Ends — with Who is coming and, until it starts, Change the trainer and Call the class off.
  4. Look further ahead on Timetable. Move between weeks with the arrows, and choose List or Week. In the list, tap a day in the strip at the top.
  5. Pick out your own classes. Tap My classes to see only yours, All to see the whole studio. The cards have Details and Open here too, for any date.
  6. Spot the gaps. A class with nobody teaching it says No trainer and offers Assign trainer. Clients cannot see it until somebody takes it. See Change the trainer or call a class off.
  7. Check the day’s one-to-ones. Under the classes, One-to-ones and the date lists that day’s sessions.
  • Cover counts. A class you are covering is on your Today, marked Covering for and the usual trainer’s name. A class somebody covers for you is not.
  • Several studios. Each studio has its own Today and Timetable. Tap the studio’s name at the top to switch. See Your account and several studios.
  • Earnings. What each class paid you is on the Earnings tab. See How your pay is counted.
  • Availability. Your one-to-one hours, prices and time off. See Set your hours for one-to-ones.
  • Studio. The studio’s own page, the one clients see — handy when somebody asks you where to sign up.
  • As a client sees it. In Me, See this studio as a client shows the studio through a client’s eyes. Back to my staff view returns you.
