Your account and several studios

Iryna does yoga at one studio and teaches Latin dance at another. She does not want two apps or two passwords. In Grupy she has one account: at the yoga studio she books like any client, and at the dance studio the same account opens on her classes and her register.

Step by step

1. Open Me. Tap your picture or initials in the top-right corner. At the top are your name and email. If you work at the studio you are in, a label says Owner or Trainer. Once you have booked a class, Classes booked and Studios trained at count them across every studio.
2. Check your details. Under Your phone, type the number the studio can reach you on and tap Save the number. Here too are Choose language, Dark theme, Remind me and the ways reminders reach you. See Choose your language and Reminders and where they arrive.
3. Switch studios. Tap the studio’s name at the top of the screen. Switch studio lists every studio where you work or have ever booked. Each row shows your role if you work there and how many bookings you have coming up; the one you are in says You are here. Tap another to go there.
4. Add a studio. In the same list, tap Find another studio. See Find a studio.
5. Staff: see what clients see. In Me, See this studio as a client shows the studio through a client’s eyes. Back to my staff view returns you.
6. Sign out. Sign out is at the bottom of Me.

Good to know

• One account, many studios. You can be a client at one studio and a trainer or owner at another. Each studio shows the tabs that fit what you are there.
• Passes belong to a studio. A pass bought at one studio is used only there.
• Your name and picture come from when you signed up: the name you typed, or your Google or Telegram account, with its photo. Without a photo, Grupy shows your initials.
• Before you sign in, the studio list shows the studios this device has visited. After you sign in, it shows yours.
