Pay at the studio or by transfer

Yulia's studio takes cash at the desk. She wants to try tonight's stretching class and pay when she arrives. In Grupy she chooses a pass, picks At the studio and reserves it. She is booked on the class at once, pays at reception, and the rest of the pass appears in her wallet.

Step by step

1. Choose a pass as usual, from Mine or from the class you want — see Buy a pass.

2. Choose At the studio or By transfer under How you pay. The line underneath explains it:

   • Paid in cash or by card at the studio.
   • Paid by bank transfer; the studio sends the details.
   • Both add: You can book one class now; the rest of the pass arrives when it is paid.

   If the studio takes only one way, there is nothing to switch: the line simply says which.

3. Tap Reserve · pay UAH 1,600 at the studio — or, by transfer, Reserve · pay UAH 1,600 by transfer.

   • If you came from a class, you are booked on it straight away: You are booked on Stretching.
   • If you came from Mine: Your pass is reserved. It has one class on it, which you can book now.

4. Pay. At the studio, when you come. For a transfer, the studio sends you its bank details; if they have not arrived, use Message on the studio’s page.

5. The studio confirms it. When staff mark the money as received, the rest of the sessions are added and you get a message that your pass is ready. Until then the pass says Pay at the studio to get the rest (by transfer: Pay by transfer to get the rest), and its details show To pay at the studio (To pay by transfer). It stays in your wallet the whole time, also once its one class is booked.

The rules

• One class on trust. Until it is paid, a reserved pass has one session on it.
• One unpaid pass at a time at each studio. Reserving a second one says You already have a pass waiting to be paid for at the studio.
• The days on the pass still count from your first booking with it.

One-to-ones

At a studio that takes cash or transfers, the last step of Book a one-to-one says Book · pay UAH 600 at the studio, or Book · pay UAH 600 by transfer. You are booked at once — You are booked — and the hour is yours until you cancel it. Pay before or after the session. In Mine it shows UAH 600 to pay at the studio and Not paid yet until the trainer or the owner marks it paid.
