Buy a pass

Oksana has been to three yoga classes, paying for each one on its own. Now she wants to come twice a week. She opens Mine, compares the studio's passes, picks eight sessions and pays by card. A minute later the pass is in her wallet and every booking is one tap.

Step by step

1. Open the passes. There are three ways in:
   • Mine, under Wallet: Choose a pass if you have none, or Buy another pass.
   • The Studio tab lists Passes and prices; Get a pass takes you to the same place.
   • While booking a class you have no pass for: You need a pass for this class, then Choose a pass. Only the passes that cover that class are listed, plus Just this class if the studio sells single visits.
2. Compare. Each pass shows its price, the price per session (e.g. UAH 200 / session), how long it lasts (e.g. 30 days from your first booking), what it covers — Every class, or a number of classes with their colours — and anything the studio wrote about it. Best value marks the lowest price per session. If you have been coming regularly, a line at the top works out how long a pass would last you.
3. Choose how you pay. Under How you pay: By card, At the studio or By transfer — only the ways your studio takes. The line underneath says what happens next.
4. Pay.
   • By card: tap Continue to payment · UAH 1,600. You go to the payment page; when you come back, Grupy confirms the payment: Your pass is ready.
   • At the studio: tap Reserve · pay UAH 1,600 at the studio. By transfer: tap Reserve · pay UAH 1,600 by transfer. See Pay at the studio or by transfer.
5. Check your wallet. In Mine → Wallet the pass shows how many sessions are left, e.g. 8 of 8 sessions left, and Validity starts at your first booking until you book with it. After that it shows the date it expires.

If you came from a class

The class you were trying to book is remembered while you pay. When you come back, you are booked on it: You’re in — Yoga, 19:00. If the last place went while the payment was going through, Grupy says Paid — but that class filled up and Your pass is safe: nothing has been spent from it, so pick another time.

Good to know

• The days on a pass count from your first booking with it, not from the day you buy it.
• That payment did not go through means nothing has been charged; Try again. We have not heard back yet means the payment may still land; Check again in a moment.
• When a pass is nearly used up, its card says e.g. Only 2 left and offers Top up. After your last session, booking says You’re in — and that was your last session, with Top up or Later.
• Nothing can be bought here yet or Nothing on sale here yet: the studio has not set up payments or passes. Message the studio and it will sort it out with you.
