Your bookings, passes and history

Halyna's pass ran out sooner than she expected, and she wants to know where the sessions went. She opens Mine, finds the old pass under Past passes and taps Details. There it is, class by class — including the Wednesday she booked and did not come to.

Step by step

1. Open Mine. It has three parts: Coming up, Wallet, and your past classes. It shows the studio you are in; to see another one, tap the studio’s name at the top and choose it under Switch studio.

2. Coming up. Every class and one-to-one ahead of you, soonest first, with the day and time and what cancelling would cost right now: Free to cancel for now, or Cancelling now spends the session with Late. A one-to-one shows who with, e.g. One-to-one · Mykola, and UAH 600 paid or UAH 600 to pay at the studio; while a card payment for it is on its way, just the price and Not paid yet. Tap a booking to cancel it — see Cancel a booking.

3. Wallet. Each pass is a card with a ring showing what is left, e.g. 5 of 8 sessions left, and one line on its state:

   • Expires and a date, or Validity starts at your first booking if you have not booked with it yet.
   • Only 2 left, with Top up.
   • Pay at the studio to get the rest for a pass reserved to pay at the studio, or Pay by transfer to get the rest for one reserved to pay by transfer. It stays in the wallet until it is paid, also once its one class is booked.
   • Awaiting payment for a pass bought by card while the payment is on its way.

   Buy another pass is under the cards.

4. Open a pass. Details shows what it Covers, when it was Bought, what was Paid (or is still To pay at the studio or To pay by transfer), the Order reference — quote it if you write to the studio about a payment — and Used on: every class the pass paid for, marked Booked, Attended, Missed, Spent or Cancelled.

5. Past passes. Passes that are over — used up or expired — fold away under Past passes, e.g. Past passes (3).

6. Past classes. At the bottom, e.g. 24 past classes opens your history, most recent first. Each class says You came, Missed, Cancelled late · session used or Cancelled. Show all of them lists the older ones too.

Good to know

• Your next class is also on Today, under Next up, with a countdown, Details, Add to calendar — it downloads a calendar file for your phone’s calendar — and Cancel. In the last hour before the class, Route takes the place of Add to calendar if the studio has given its address. For a one-to-one, Details opens Mine, and there is no calendar file.
• Missed means you were booked and the trainer did not mark you as there. If that looks wrong, tell the studio.
• Me shows two totals once you have trained: Classes booked and Studios trained at.
