Find a studio

Sofiia has just moved to Lviv and wants a Pilates class near her new flat. A friend told her that her studio uses Grupy, but Sofiia has lost the link. She signs in, types the city into the search, and the studio is the second card on the list.

Step by step

1. Sign in. The list of studios is for people who are signed in (see Sign in to Grupy). Once you are, grupy.fit opens on Find somewhere to train, with the studios in your country under it, e.g. Studios in Ukraine.
2. Narrow it down. Type a studio’s name, a street or a city into Studio or city. When the list covers several cities, tap one under the search to see only that city; tap it again to see them all.
3. Read the cards. Each card shows the studio’s name and address — with a cover picture and a line about it, where the studio has added them — and coloured dots for what it teaches, the same colours its timetable uses. If you already have classes booked there, the card says so, e.g. 2 active bookings.
4. Tap a card. The whole card is the link: it opens the studio’s page.
5. Look around before you book. The studio page has:
   • See the timetable, the way to its classes.
   • Passes and prices, cheapest first, and Get a pass.
   • Good to know: Paying (how the studio takes money), Cancelling (e.g. Free until 12 hours before) and Times — the studio’s own time zone, which every time in the app uses.
   • Buttons to reach the studio — Message, Call, Route, Instagram, Email, Website — only the ones the studio has filled in.
   • What we teach, Who teaches here and, if the studio has written any, Studio pages with its rules and other information.

When you are ready, go on to Book a group class or Book a one-to-one.

Coming back

• The studio’s name at the top of the screen opens Switch studio: the studios you have booked at, with You are here beside the one you are in. Find another studio takes you back to the list.
• Share, on the corner of the studio’s cover, shows a QR code and Copy link — the easiest way to send the studio to a friend.

If your studio is not on the list

• The list shows studios in your account’s country. There is no country to choose; Grupy works it out for you.
• A studio can choose not to appear in the list, for example while it is still setting up. Its own link works for everybody all the same: ask the studio for it, or scan its QR code if the studio has one on display.
• No studio matches that. Try a shorter word, or another city. Owners type their city by hand, so try part of the name.
