Sign in to Grupy

Sofiia's friend sends her a link to a dance studio. She opens Saturday's class, and instead of Book it says Sign in to book: Grupy first needs to know who she is. She has never used it before, so she creates an account in half a minute — and the class is still open in front of her.

Step by step

1. Tap Sign in. It is at the top of every studio page. Inside a class it appears as Sign in to book, and the form opens right there, so you do not lose the class.

2. New here? Create an account. Tap I do not have an account, fill in Your name, Email and Password, and tap Create an account.

3. Already have one? Enter your Email and Password and tap Sign in. If you tapped the wrong link, I already have an account switches back.

4. Or use another way in. Under Or continue with there may be other buttons. Which ones you see can differ, so use the one you have:

   • Continue with Telegram, if you see it. Telegram asks you to confirm. It also lets Grupy’s bot write to you, so your reminders can arrive there.
   • Continue with WhatsApp, if you see it. Tap Open WhatsApp, send the message that is already typed, then answer Yes, it’s me in WhatsApp. On a computer, scan the code on the screen with your phone instead. There is nothing to type.
   • Google, if you see its button. Choose your Google account. Your email counts as confirmed straight away.

5. Confirm your email. If you signed up with email, Grupy sends you a six-digit code. Today shows Confirm your email to get reminders: tap Enter the code, type it under Code from the email and tap Confirm. No email? Check Spam, or tap Send a new code. You can book before you confirm, but nothing can be emailed to you until you do.

6. Carry on. Grupy brings you back to where you were.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in form, tap Forgot your password?
2. Enter the address you signed up with and tap Email me a link. The link works once, for a day.
3. The link opens Choose a new password. Type a New password of at least eight characters and tap Save the new password, then sign in with it.

Good to know

• One account works at every studio on Grupy. See Your account and several studios.
• Grupy keeps you signed in on that device. If you have not opened it for a while, it may ask you to sign in again. To leave, tap Sign out in Me.
• If a button says that sign-in is not set up that way, use your email and password instead.
• Telegram does not share your email or phone number. If you signed in that way, Today shows Add your phone number, so the studio can find you at the desk.
