Book a one-to-one

Taras wants to learn to box, but not in front of a full room just yet. In the app he picks boxing, Thursday at 18:00 and the trainer Mykola, pays by card, and the session is on his Today screen.

Step by step

  1. Start from the studio. There are three ways in:
    • On the Studio tab, Book a one-to-one under Who teaches here.
    • Tap a trainer there: their sheet offers e.g. Book a one-to-one from UAH 600, with that trainer already chosen.
    • On the Timetable, under the day’s classes: One-to-one this day, e.g. 3 free times · from 16:00, with Book a one-to-one.
  2. What. Choose the Class — only what somebody teaches one-to-one is listed. Under How many of you, choose Just me or Two of us, then Next.
  3. When. Pick a day on the strip, up to two weeks ahead, then a Time. Times start on the hour and come from the trainers’ working hours, less whatever is already booked. Nothing free that day? Try another day. Tap Next.
  4. Who with. Choose a Trainer: each one shows a photo, a line about them and the price. For Two of us, fill in Who is coming with you — the price shown is for both of you.
  5. Pay. If the studio takes more than one way, choose under How you pay: By card, At the studio or By transfer.
    • By card: tap Pay UAH 600 · held for 10 min. The time is held for ten minutes while Pay now takes you to the payment page. When the payment goes through, the session is booked and the trainer is told. Unpaid, the time goes back on offer.
    • At the studio: tap Book · pay UAH 600 at the studio. By transfer: tap Book · pay UAH 600 by transfer. You are booked at once and pay before or after the session; see Pay at the studio or by transfer.
  6. Find it later. The session is on Today under Next up and in Mine under Coming up, e.g. One-to-one · Mykola, with UAH 600 paid — or UAH 600 to pay at the studio and Not paid yet. While a card payment is on its way it shows the price and Not paid yet; a hold that ran out is gone. Details on the Next up card opens Mine.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • A one-to-one never uses a pass. It is paid for on its own, at the price set for that trainer and that class.
  • Back goes one step back and keeps your answers.
  • If somebody takes the time just before you: That slot could not be held. Tap Pick another time.
  • The button appears only at studios that take payments, and times appear only where a trainer has set working hours. Trainers: see Set your hours for one-to-ones.

If you need to cancel

Tap the session in Mine, or Cancel on the Next up card, then Cancel the one-to-one — or Cancel anyway inside the studio’s notice period. If you have paid and cancel in time, the studio owes you the money back and settles it with you directly; nothing is returned through the app. Cancel late, and the studio may keep the payment.
