Reports

Bohdan runs a martial arts club with four coaches. At the end of each month he pays them, sends his accountant the sales and looks at which classes are worth keeping on the timetable. He wants the numbers in one place — and in a file he can open in a spreadsheet.

  1. Open Money and choose the period. This week, This month, Last month, or Pick dates with From and To. Every report you open from here covers that period.
  2. Pick a report. All six are listed under Reports at the bottom of Money. Each tile at the top opens the report behind it, too.
  3. Narrow it down. Sales & payments, Classes and Clients have filters; the rows below change as you tap them.
  4. Export it. Export — or CSV in Classes — downloads the rows as a CSV file for a spreadsheet.
  5. Go back. The link at the top returns to Money, on the same period.
  • Sales & payments — every sale, refund and what is still owed. Filter by how it was paid (Card, online, At the studio, Sold at the desk, Given by staff) or by what became of it (Paid, Refunded, Given free, Owed), or search by name, phone, email or order. Passes given free are listed but not counted as money.
  • Classes — attendance and fill as Each class, By week, By month, or a Slot map of the times in your week. Filter by class and by trainer; tap a class to open it.
  • Trainers — what everybody taught, what they covered, their one-to-ones and what it all paid, with Total pay. Payslip (CSV) downloads one trainer’s lines with the rate that applied; lines from registers not yet closed are marked Estimated. Tap a name to see their earnings. How pay is counted: How your pay is counted.
  • Clients — All active, New, Returning, Lapsed, and Lapsed, sessions left: people who stopped coming with sessions still on their pass. Tap a name to open them in People.
  • Passes — for each pass, how many were sold, used and are left. Tap one to see who holds it, when they paid and when it expires.
  • Owed — everybody who owes the studio money right now, with Mark paid, Open person and Export. More in Money: payments, owed, refunds.
  • Most tiles compare the period with the one just before it: Previous period: ….
  • Owed and Paid in advance always show today’s position, whatever the period.
  • The time at the bottom of Money — As of 18:40 — is when the figures were counted.
  • Reports are for owners. A trainer sees their own pay on their Earnings tab.
