Choose your language

Taras moved to Lisbon for work and found a boxing club near his flat. His phone is set to Portuguese, so Grupy opened in Portuguese too. The timetable is clear enough, but he would rather read the cancellation rules in Ukrainian — it takes him two taps to switch.

Step by step

1. Open Me. Tap your picture or initials in the top-right corner. This works before you sign in, too.
2. Open Choose language. Every language is written in its own words — Українська, Polski, Deutsch — with Ukrainian and English at the top.
3. Pick yours. The screen changes at once: buttons, dates and prices all follow.

On the grupy.fit front page and on the page where you find a studio, the same list sits at the foot of the page, beside a globe.

What follows your choice

• This device. Grupy remembers the language here, even after you sign out.
• Your account. Once you are signed in, the choice is saved to your account. Sign in on another phone or computer and Grupy opens in the same language.
• Messages. Reminders, booking confirmations and payment receipts are written in the language on your account, whether they come by Telegram, WhatsApp or email. See Reminders and where they arrive.
• Not the studio’s own words. Class names, descriptions and the studio’s pages stay as the studio wrote them.

Before you choose

On your first visit Grupy reads the languages your browser asks for and uses the first one it speaks. If none of them is on its list, it opens in Ukrainian. It keeps doing this until you pick a language yourself — after that, your choice wins.
